1)　　彼は回りくどい言い方でプロポーズしたので、彼女にわかってもらえなくて、もう一度プロポーズしないといけなかった。

彼はプロポーズをしたけれど、長々とわかりにくいものだったので、彼女は彼の言いたいことがわからなかった。だからもう一度、プロポーズをしなければならなかった。

He proposed to her, but it was too long and hard to understand. So she had no idea what he wanted to say. He had to propose to her again.
1)Great!!「回りくどい言い方」を「長々とわかりにくいものだった」と置き換えたのですね！

「彼女にわかってもらえない」も「彼の言いたいことがわからなかった」とhad no idea what he wanted to sayととても丁寧にわかりやすく表現できています！

2)　　彼は2週間頑張って勉強していたけど、あなたはその間ずっと友達と遊んでいたんだから、必然的に彼はあなたよりテストで良い点を取るよ。

彼は２週間、一生懸命勉強していた。一方、あなたは勉強しないで友達と遊んでいた。だから彼があなたより良い成績を取るのは確実だろう。

He studied very hard for two weeks, but on the other hand, you hang out with your friends during the period. I am really sure he will get much better grades than you.
2)Amazing!!「彼は〜だけどあなたは〜」を「一方」とうまく対比できていていいですね！
on the other handと的確な表現ができています♪
「遊んでいた」もhang outを使ってうまく表現できました♪
「必然的に」も「確実だろう」とI am really sureとうまく表現できています♪much betterと強調されているのもいいですね♪
「成績」はgradeと表現できますよね！
「テストの点」だとscoreを使っても自然ですよ！
