Your Advice:
First of all, you should eat healthy food such as vegetables and fruits. I also suggest you to have good sleep because sleeping late makes a big difference to your health. According to what you said, you go jogging every Sunday, don’t you? I think doing some sports is good, but why don’t you start with eating healthy food and having good sleep?
You’ve given excellent advice!
You’ve covered everything we need to do to stay healthy^^
And also what I like about your advice is that it’s not pushy but very realistic.
