 1)とても忙しかったにもかかわらず、会社のパーティに出席した。今まで話したことがなかったと同僚と友達になることができたので、行く価値があった。
2)彼女は年の割りにたくさんのことを知っていて、多くの経験があるとわたしたちは思っていた。しかし、彼女は実際の年を言っていなかったのがわかった。彼女はわたしたちに言っていた年より5才も年がいっていたのだ。

1) Even though I was very busy, I attended the party in the company. Then I became friend with my co-worker I had never talked with, so it was worth going.
2) We thought that she knew a lot about anything for her age and had a lot of experience. But we found out that she hadn’t told us her actual age. It was five years older than the age she told us.

Your Advice:
I suggest you not to compare yourself to him. If you really want to speak English fluently, instead of comparing to his English, why don’t you try learning a lot from his English? If you can do that, I am sure you will be able to release your stress.

Some people think this can be easy, but it is more difficult than you think.
We have practiced how to communicate like a speech in schools.
This is something we have never practiced before.
 
When you communicate with your classmates, let’s think about how you communicate.
Let’s try to keep it short and simple by answering the questions.

訳も難しく考えずにシンプルに良くまとめられています^^
ちょっと細かいのですが、become friends with~で「~と友達になる」となりますので、friendsにしてあげるとgood!

「結局~だ」は、turn outを使うという手もありますね。
But it turned out that ~
